We are so proud of these young people and can’t wait to see how they continue to act as leaders at DES!

Our students have been studying biotic and abiotic factors in ecosystems. As part of our ecosystem unit, we took a nature walk to look at living and non-living things. The students made notes about the local plant and animal life around the school using what they know about what characteristics or functions all living things have.
