  The SDPC has begun registration for the 2017-18 school year.  Students new to Pickens County Schools should visit the district’s website to register their child for the school year. 

Returning students are asked to update their existing information in the new Gateway Registration Portal.  The link to the Gateway Registration Portal can be found on the school district’s website.  Parents will need their child’s student identification number and birthday to login to the portal. 

Parents with children attending any Pickens County School are invited to drop by DMS on Tuesday, August 1st anytime between 2-6pm to use the Long-Distance Learning Lab for updating information.  Staff members will be on site to answer any questions about the updating process.  Student Identification numbers will be available for Dacusville Elementary and Middle School students if needed.

Please remember that permission forms for participation in the Great American Solar Eclipse are included in the updating process.  Each student must have a digitally signed permission form on file before they are allowed to participate in the viewing and outside activities planned for August 21st.  Alternate inside activities will be offered for those students without a permission form.
